With over 10 years in the profession, Apurv has advised variety of private equity firms, venture capital firms, investors,foreign companies and domestic companies on various aspects of corporate laws, investment laws, foreign exchange regulations, commercial laws, IT laws and labour laws.

Apurv regularly advises private equity, venture capital and alternate investment funds in relation to their investment in various companies. He advises clients on structuring from an Indian legal & regulatory perspective, strategizing transactions, due diligence, documentation, negotiation and closing

Apurv has also advised various sportsmen and sporting teams with respect to endorsement contracts, player contracts, bidding process for leagues etc.

Apurv also as the issuer’s counsel for the Pune Municipal Corporation in relation to their 200 Crore Municipal Bond Offering in 2017.

Apurv has also advised companies on various aspects of competition laws, cyber laws and data protection laws.

Apurv has also conducted training for corporates on competition law, company law, cyber law and data protection laws. He also published articles and papers in various legal journals and websites.

Apurv holds an honors degree in Law from the ILS Law College, University of Pune and a master’s degree from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom.
