Vikram Kamath is an Associate at the Mumbai office. He is part of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team predominantly handling matters related to Commercial and Corporate laws, Shipping and Maritime law, Infrastructure, Projects and Construction. Vikram also handles matters pertaining to mergers and amalgamation and voluntary liquidation along with Insolvency proceedings under the IBC. Vikram has a vast experience in representing multinational as well as Indian clients in matters before the various High Courts, District Courts, National Company Law Tribunal and Consumer Redressal Commissions amongst others. He also appears regularly for clients in arbitration matters.
Vikram specializes in handling litigation matters pertaining to Admiralty and Maritime disputes, EPC / Lump sum – Turnkey (LSTK) projects and constructions, International and Domestic arbitrations along with execution of foreign awards in India for multinational (MNCs) and foreign companies in India.
