Bansuri Swaraj is a practising advocate since 2007 with experience in virtually every branch of litigation including civil, criminal, commercial, tax and constitutional matters. She is affiliated with and acts as a consultant to Legasis Partners.

An Oxford alumnus, Bansuri is a Barrister from the Hon'ble Inn of Inner Temple, London. Bansuri has appeared in various high profile matters and has experience in dealing with both civil and criminal matters in trial as well as appellate litigation. She has represented multinational corporations, individuals and corporate entities in a wide range of matters. Her professional portfolio is an eclectic mix of white-collar crimes, economic offences, homicides and civil disputes involving contracts, real estate, tax and constitutional issues. She has advised various corporate entities on dealing with corporate crimes and prevention of fraud related practices as well as restructuring and corporate strategy.


Siddhesh Kotwal is a practising advocate, with varied experience in most facets of litigation including civil, criminal, commercial, tax and constitutional matters. He is affiliated with and acts as a consultant to Legasis Partners.

Siddhesh pursued his L.L.B. from ILS Law College, Pune and was enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa in 2008. Thereafter, he was associated with the Chambers of Shri. Uday U. Lalit, Senior Advocate (as his Lordship was then known and who now is a highly respected Judge of the Supreme Court of India) till 2013. Siddhesh has represented clients in various judicial and quasi-judicial forums. Siddhesh is experienced in dealing with civil and criminal matters from their inception right upto to appellate litigation. His professional portfolio ranges from contractual and property disputes, tax liabilities, personal and family laws, to criminal matters involving white-collar crimes, economic offences and homicides. He has advised various corporate entities on dealing with corporate crimes and prevention of fraud related litigation. His practice includes advising and representing institutions as well as individual clients.
