Under the corporate commercial practice she has been involved in drafting agreements, carrying out corporate due diligence and providing opinions to clients with respect to applicable provisions. Shealso assists in advising clients on mergers and acquisitions.
Under the real estate practice she has been involved in carrying out due diligence of various construction contracts entered upon by client for real estate projects all over India and drafting of agreements.
