The firm’s capital markets practice covers domestic and cross-border securities market products, equity, debt and hybrid listings.

The Firm’s services include coordination with merchant bankers, debenture trustees, preparing legal documentation and related procedures including drafting of offer-related documents. The Firm also carries out due diligences, aiding in compliances and disclosures to be made in offer documents in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI") and the Reserve Bank of India ("RBI").

The Firm assists and advises clients on planning and preparation for an offering, structuring and overall support at all stages.

The Firm also acts as a legal advisor to various public sector and statutory bodies as well as commercial enterprises in relation to Capital Markets and Securities laws related activities.
