Farhad is part of our dispute resolution practice with particular focus on Civil Litigation. Farhad has worked on legal matters encompassing various fields of law with respect to litigation proceedings, including but not limited to Suits, Appeals, Arbitration Petitions, Writ Petitions, Real Estate and General Commercial Disputes, etc. before the Hon’ble High Court and the Hon’ble City Civil Court.

Farhad also has experience in handling real estate transactions including commercial leases, joint development ventures, conveyances and trust related matters etc. He has also advised clients on an array of RERA matters. Farhad has also represented clients before the Hon’ble NCLT.

Prior to joining the Firm, Farhad practiced at a leading law firm in Mumbai.
