Hemant Oltikar is a Solicitor registered with the Bombay Incorporated Law Society.

Hemant has been working with the firm since its inception, and ever since he started his career in law, he has been associated with the real estate practice of the firm. Besides having years of experience in catering to a variety of clients in the real estate sector and having led a multitude of transactions, over the years he has also handled several corporate and finance transactions, due diligences, litigation and arbitration proceedings.

Hemant has special expertise in dealing with development and redevelopment of properties, structuring of land acquisition, trust related matters, intricate issues arising out of real estate related disputes. He has advised clients in the acquisition of large tracts of land for setting up of solar and wind power projects, manufacturing units, educational institutions, etc.

Hemant has advised clients in retail and manufacturing space, fashion and designing, sports, infrastructure, banking and finance, with respect to a variety of real estate, general corporate and commercial issues. Hemantalso advises banks on lending transactions.
